Reordered PDF
Writing a page order
For a five-page document, enter 3, 1-2, 4-5 to place the original pages in the order 3, 1, 2, 4, 5.
Fill Reverse Order places the last page first. Check the order, then choose Reorder Pages to create and download the result.
Use PDF Page Extractor to keep only a subset of pages. This tool rearranges the entire document without dropping pages.
Fixing a scanned document
Use Fill Reverse Order when a scan starts at the end of the document. If only a few pages are misplaced, list those numbers in the desired position and use ranges for the rest. The displayed output order refers to the original PDF's page numbers.
Checking your output
Printed page numbers may differ from PDF page numbers because of covers or front matter. Check the first and last pages of the downloaded file. Large documents can take longer on devices with limited memory.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if a page is repeated or missing?
The tool stops and shows an error to prevent accidental changes to the document's contents. Include each page number exactly once.
Does this change my original file or reduce page quality?
The original stays unchanged. Pages are copied without rasterizing or compressing them, and you download a separate PDF.
Are signatures, bookmarks, and form fields preserved?
Document-level bookmarks, forms, and digital signatures are not guaranteed to survive page copying. Keep signed originals and check important documents. Encrypted PDFs are not supported.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Your file and result are processed in browser memory. Only a successful-run statistic is sent, without your document or page order.
