    Choose between individual pages and ranges

    Split every page when each page needs its own file. Use ranges such as 1-3, 5, 7-9 when chapters or sections should stay together; each comma-separated item becomes one output PDF.

    Limits of structural splitting

    Splitting copies existing pages and does not OCR scans, reduce file size automatically, or repair a damaged PDF. Document-level bookmarks, forms, attachments, signatures, and encryption can be lost or prevent processing.

    Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

    No. Your selected PDF and split results are processed only in browser memory and are neither sent to nor stored on the server.

    How do I enter page ranges?

    Can encrypted PDFs be split?

    PDFs protected by passwords or access restrictions may not be processed. Try again with an unrestricted copy.
